Hannah obtained her Master's in psychology at New York University. As a Master's-level therapist, Hannah uses an array of therapeutic modalities and tools, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques. She has experience working with patients of various ages and backgrounds. Prior to joining the practice, Hannah worked as a therapist at Brooklyn College.
Improved health behaviors (e.g. sleep hygiene, exercise), self-esteem, assertiveness, goal setting, and relaxation techniques are among Hannah’s areas of interests. She likes to incorporate technology such as smartphone apps as a part of her work with her patients. Overall, she enjoys helping patients develop healthier relationships with themselves as well as others.
In addition, Hannah is currently obtaining certification in the field of neuropsychology and clinical health psychology on the doctoral level.
